		<description>Naves should be removed from the bench. The CU Regents operate as a legal body like our district courts do. Right? Ward can&#039;t sue CU because they act in a similiar fashion to our courts. What a crock! This ruling was ludicrous. But it doesn&#039;t stop here. Naves should have instructed the jury to return to deliberation in order to come up with a settlement figure. He should never have allowed the jury to find CU guilty but only award him a dollar. He obviously has a bias against Ward. I can only hope Ward wins on appeal. I&#039;m a CU alumni and they won&#039;t get another dime from me ever again.</description>
